Of course, when I was planning this month's posts in December, I had imagined by mid January I would find some amazing log cabin wedding in the Northeast. But as I went through wedding magazines, books, and blogs, I just couldn't find a ceremony that looked "wintry" and even though this is sunny and ocean side, I feel that there is something soothing and calming about Karen Tran's elegant white wedding ceremony design that takes my breath away. Though a stretch, I think it can work in a winter environment.
If you move this indoors, I could see how the canopy can work with romantic lighting. The white carpet of petals, the organza sheer fabric, and the white bouquets of flowers on the chairs create a finished look that's cool but not cold. And of course, I'm a sucker for a simple chandelier that's not too large but just easy on the eye like this one. Obviously, I'm so partial to Karen Tran's(by the way, this is Karen's 2nd Best Thing Ever appearance) designs as she is my floral buddy who can do no wrong in my eyes. I love this girl. She does it right - every time.
Tell me what you think.
