Best Thing Ever: Food as Decor

I gave my intern, Erin a fun assignment.  I said, "go find me some non floral centerpiece ideas using food".  And I specifically told her no fruits, especially green apples or lemons because we have wonderful examples of those items.  Of course, I was looking for something different.

So it gives me great joy that Erin not only found unusual centerpieces but went beyond to find things I found artistic.  Don't you love these?
